Worst service ever

The driver (Alex Nkuna) called and I missed the call, I quickly tried to call him 4 times and he never answered my calls. My tracking changed to recipient refused to accept. He never even bother to come to deliver, he probably did that so he can have an excuse not to come. I called DHL they said the driver will contact me to deliver. He never did even now. worst courier company ever, definitely deserves negative star
