Worst service ever!!

<p>for being a courier company they clearly don't know how to deliver packages, u can phone them constantly for them to tell you lies and false guarantees that your package which u payed a lot to be delivered, will be delivered on a certain day! But u wait and wait and at the close of business day they still failed to delivered a package which was urgent and guaranteed to be delivered that day, instead I was told It is waiting for me to collect it!!!!! Really disgusted by the service I have received by DHL</p>
