Worst service delivery and customer service imaginabe. Total nightmare!!!!

Terrible servive delivery and Appaling customer service!!!!

Parcel posted with insurance, door to door from Germany on 20 March. Took weeks to get here, cleared the shipment center at customs on 3 May. Np update on the tracking and Still no delivery.

When I call DHL they just tell me not their department and call anther number. By the time you get through to sthe 5th person they tell you to fetch it from the S.A post office who will need a local tracking order to track it as they dont deal with DHL.

How do I get my parcel that you were paid to deliver - The contents of which are now urgently needed? And how do you hand over an insured package to another company? are two questions that not a single person at DHL can answer!!!!

Worse service I have ever recieved and would not recommend anyone else does either
