Worst logistic company

I have no words to describe how hurt and annoyed at the same time by DHL EXPRESS 😭I have been calling DHL non stop this week trying to track my daughter's matric farewell dress she's supposed to be wearing today the 6th of May for her school farewell.Only God knows where my daughter's parcel ***)is😭😭💔The agents of that company have been since making a fool of me regarding the whereabouts of my parcel.Many promised to get back to me but never did.I have made a million calls because my daughter needs that dress not later than today,even the seller made a numerous calls only to be **** to.The agents **** yesterday afternoon saying the courier guy was already on his way to the delivery adress and that was around 2pm yesterday afternoon.I still made several follow up calls after realizing that the time frame they gave to my seller which was one hour for me to receive the parcel had passed.I made calls till 7pm yesterday. The DHL customer agents **** through their teeth again saying they will get back to me after finding out what was causing the delay.I even told one of them,who's name is John that l know that he won't get back to me because that's what l have been getting the whole day yesterday from them.He said he promises and his name is John.He also never came back to me.Around about 8pm last night l received a notification which said l needed to provide the shipment address by calling Johannesburg support. The adress( 02 Mazwana street,Ikhwezi township,Mthatha) had been there from day one with them,when l made those calls,mentioning the adress by their agents was one of the verification process.I immediately tried to call them around that 8pm,only to be told that l needed to call between 7am and 7 pm by the answering machine.My daughter is crying non stop for her dress,she doesn't even want to eat.I can't eat or even sleep myself 😭😭😭💔💔l really don't even know what to say to comfort her.I am so worried about what she might do to herself if that dress doesn't arrive asap, we all know what her age group is capable of doing when they come across humiliations or disappointments😭😭😭😭💔💔💔.DHL Express has caused so much pain in our lives in the past few days,yesterday takes the cup😭😭😭I wish there was a zero star review because it's what they deserve.
