WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DHL EXPRESS - PACKAGE STILL UNDELIVERED

I have been awaiting for my package to be delivered by DHL express from Fashion Nova , when i purchased my order from Fashion Nova i opted to use for the first time DHL international Express as it seemed like package will be faster within 2 - 3 business days - after the parcel arrived in SA it was held in customs for days and i kept on following up and resending the commercial invoice after that i paid import duties which was on Wednesday 16 December , i expected delivery on the 17th december and when tracking and enquiring shipment was on hold - was advised shipment was on hold in bryanston due to change of delivery - the delivery change was made by me days ago before the package was released by customs which was just a detailed information on the delivery area - this has been a total nightmare as my package is not moving at all and its on hold 15 mins away drive Branyston to Fourways Area and i have notified DHL that i will be travelling out of the province on sunday 20 december 2020 and my package is right here at Bryanston Stuck if i do not receive my package today i will never use DHL international i will stick to standard shipping services as its more efficient and you guaranteed to get the package as per estimated date ... I WILL ALSO ADVISE ANYONE PURCHASING FROM FASHION NOVA NOT TO USE DHL OPTION RATHER STICK TO STANDARD SHIPPING TO AVOID UNECESSARY NIGNTMARE OF WAITING FOR A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED - ITS 1PM ALREADY AND THERES STILL NO STATUS UPDATE ON MY PACKAGE DELIVERY I WONDER IF ITS NOT DELIVERED TODAY WHERE IT WILL BE DELIVERED AS I WONT BE AROUND FROM 20 DEC
