Worst DHL service ever!

Worst service I have ever received. My personal belongings were sent to me from a previous employer and not only did they not arrive but they have been put on hold by DHL. I have sent several emails that have been ignored and have attempted to call them countless times to have the phone put down on my ear because I speak English.

They just never get back to you!

The worst part is the package contains work certificates that I need for my job and my current employer with reason has said that without the hoard copies I might have to be let go!

All I want is my belongings back!
