Worst customer service ever.
<p>Worst customer Service I have ever received. My wedding dress arrived on Thursday afternoon it is now Tuesdsay and customs have still not released it. Understandably DHL is not Customs, however I had Kgotomotso whom was dealing with my order and whom promised to keep me updated to no avail, I then phoned and spoke to a supervisor about the TERRIBLE customer service, and was once again reassured that someone will contact me every hour with an update if not himself. Well that was at 08h15 this morning and I have still not heard anything..... I get married in a few days time and I am devasted needless to say that DHL has not made this any easier or kept me in the loop. The worst customer service from a company I have ever received.....</p>

I have escalated the matter to our Customs affairs manager and have also taken into the account the urgency of having this parcel delivered .
