Worst Courier Service! Nobody cares

I have an aircraft part on order AOG (aircraft on ground). This requires the part to be expedited to get the aircraft back in the air. Part arrived in Cape Town on Friday last week. Monday, as we follow up, they say there is a customs hold up as there are fees to be paid. We pay those, not through the DHL Web portal as that shows we don't have anything being sent to us? We send POP and explain the urgency. It is now Wednesday afternoon, the part is still uncleared and you cannot speak to any supervisor as they are all on a Teams Meeting! Massive loss for my company and nobody from DHL cares!
