WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I am in the middle of expecting my 2nd delivery from the UK, using DHL Couriers. The 1st delivery went like clockwork. The 2nd....well that's a different story. They have taken over a week and I still don't have it. I'm getting lies from them as excuses for their incompetence. They are trying to tell me that the delivery could not be made because they had no response when they tried to deliver. No phone call from them reflected on my MOBILE phone. The tracking site keeps asking for address information. It seems they were able to find my address with the 1st delivery, but come the 2nd delivery, they have no idea where the address is...and I suppose they haven't heard of a GPS!!!
