Worst courier service

I have never experienced such bad service from a courier company. DHL Global' service is appalling. I bought goods in the USA in July it's October and the status update still says my parcel cleared customs. I called DHL asking them if I could come collect my parcel myself but I was given a contact number that does not exist. I don't know what to do really. If a zero rating was possible I would rate them a big fat zero.
