Worst Corrier in the world - DHL

Worst Experience of my life - I use Fed-ex regularly with great service, however this time round I though I would use DHL as they were $10 cheaper - Worst mistake of my life. Firstly they charging duties on items that duties are not due on - secondly I logged a call with them as soon as this was brought to my attention - 5 days later check in with them and they say sorry it's been released from customs i must pay the duties - the duties that were not due in the first place. Duties from UK to SA on sporting goods is 0 on every shipping calculator I could find except for DHL it seems ... Please use any other courier out there unless you feel the need to pay surprise free unwarranted money to the ether!!
