Worse DHL Express experience
I am having the worse experience ever with DHL Express. I was suppose to receive a parcel from them today. Between 8am - 12:30pm. A time that was offered toe by DHL Express. And a time that was confirmed with DHL Express themselves. It is now 15:08pm and still no parcel. I contacted them and I was told there is no specific time for delivery, yet they offer a specific time for delivery. I have made my position known regarding their poor service delivery, so now I am being punished where I will probably see my parcel by the end of the day which could mean anything or I will not be receiving my parcel today, so that will mean another day off work and no pay..... Yeahhh thanks alot DHL Express... Congratulations on worse service ever.
