WORLD CLASS PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!

If there is an option to put a 0 star i would gladly do so. Having being a DHL customer i'm at a point where i can gladly take my business somewhere else. Incompetency seems to be the order of the day. I was supposed to receive my shipment on the 9th of September 2021, almost 20 days later in calling back and forth, sending email where no one bothers to respond just to get an update let alone my package. I have been given a reference number and that query has been closed yet my issue is still unsolved. i have got another one and i'm still waiting for an update. I'm beyond shocked by this so called world class service. Shipping with DHL seems to be at your own risk and i wouldn't recommend their service to any one else
