Wonderful experience at 88 Peter Place branch

The US Embassy sends passports to the 88 Peter Place branch and they require that you go fetch it there:

Dennis patiently helped me understand why it had to be picked up there and could not just be forwarded to another address. He also provided the template to sign that allowed me to go fetch my parents passports.

Jacque has incredible awareness of everything that goes on in the shop, she saw every single client coming in and was on top of everything that needed to happen. She directs that operation smoothly and efficiently.

Hlengiwe is such a friendly and effective person to deal with.

I did not want to go all the way to that branch just to fetch passports, but my interaction there was wonderful and efficient.
