Why wont DHL assist
This is now my 3rd complaint on this website. I always get promised that my query will be escalated but till today no help except empty promises. Call after call email after email, no resolution. <br> <br> I have been waiting for a parcel since last year November. The service from DHL is so poor. Not one person wants to help. Everyone seems to pass the buck. All I want is my parcel.<br> <br> One thing I know is that I will never use DHL ever again.<br> <br> AWB ***
