Why are we always the last priority?

So I am sitting at home crying because DHL has literally just made me their last priority just because I live in Khayelitsha. My package was released on Saturday but it still has not been delivered. The package is right here in Cape Town! This was my only day off and now they are telling me that the order was not delivered on time because Khayelitsha is an outside area. How????? Cape Town is right here! Are customers from our areas their last priority? Don't we pay the same fees as the rest of their customers? I know people from towns like Grahamstown who get their orders on time. Khayelitsha is right here in Cape Town!
