Where is my parcel??

<p>I ordered a parcel for delivery with DHL internantional. Upon tracking it, it says the shipment is ready for collection and the customer has been notified. </p> <p>I have received no such notification, and have no idea where i should collect my parcel or what to use to collect it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called all of DHL's numbers, but i keep being told my shipment number is too long and i get referred to a different line or there is no response.</p> <p>My shipment number that i have been using to track the order is ***.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me with where my parcel is , and do not refer me to someone else who will then refer me to someone else!!</p>
