what Clearance event?????

<p>i am complaining about dhl once again.i ordered hair from hong kong on the 5th of july and it was supposed to be delivered on the 12th.i kept tracking it and was notified from tracking that i had to pay duty.i have paid duty but still my package keeps saying clearance event for the past 4 days.i thought someone from dhl would contact me but nothing.i want to know what is going on.</p>
