<p>My fiance bought a wedding dress for me from China, upon arrival in the OR international airport DHL sent an SMS that read " your shipment has arrived and can only delivered upon payment" The payment was made and they sent another SMS " Your payment has been received, thank you. It will take 5-10 working days for your shipment to arrive at it's destination" Upon a query as it now took longer than promised a guy by the name of Rob called at night to say that we have to pay a further R1500.00 - I am not clear as to what this is for as SARS has said that this is not the correct procedure. I am falling victim to these theives who are constantly robbing me of my joy.</p>
Dear Tiny and partner Emmanuel. Thank you for the time we have spent over the last few days trying to mitigate the issues caused by incorrect invoices sent with your weddind dress from the supplier in China. As explained already we are doing everything to get this dress to you on time before the wedding on the 8th of October. I do hope we can continue to work together to get this sorted and that you can feed back to the supplier in China the extent of the problems caused by intentionally undervaluing clothing.
