<p>Is it really true that the receptionist at DHL is required to open all containers including letters and gifts before a package can be shipped?</p> <p> </p>

I attempted to contact you but your mobile rang unanswered , so I left a detailed voice message for you . Please note that all DHL parcels need to be opened and checked before we can courier them . There are certain items that we do not courier and that we label as dangerous goods, therefore the onus is on DHL to check all parcels to ensure that we still comply with airlines regulations and Customs rules.
