We had a massive challenge with my son's passport that had not arrived on time for his visa application from the UK. Martin Coetzee from the Bloemfontein SA branch and Zinhle Mnisi, Patience Towane, and Jabulile Mkhwa**** from the Midrand SA branch went more than the extra mile to help and support us. They never got tired of answering questions and helped us with information and advice to get the passport as soon as possible. They even phoned us to confirm that the new delivery did arrive as we had to drive for a second time from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg. Chris Stenning from DHL GB UK also helped via email as best he could. We are extremely impressed and very proud to know that there are companies that still put their customers first. Well done!
