WE ARE BEEN CHARGED OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS FOR DUTY

Am a very unhappy dhl customer l send documents with them and things have been good so l decided to send a parcel through them this week what a bad idea it has been and am so regretting it<br> This week l sent through a parcel it was a box of rings that cost R50 for a set of 6 and l only sent 3 to Zimbabwe,<br> On arrival in Harare my mom got a letter notifying her that for the parcel to be released she had to pay duty of 70usd. Now l get the point of having to pay duty but the exchange rate as of today is 70 usd to rands is R1117.75.<br> So am paying duty of almost a R1000 for an item that l bought for R50 and have already paid R300 for it to be delivered to Zimbabwe that is an outrageous amount and does not make sense to me.<br> <br> So for those people sending parcels to Zimbabwe using dhl be warned that your family is been charged only triple the amount for that parcel to be released to them by the dhl people.<br>
