WAYBILL ***

When I was born my parents forgot me in hospital as they were leaving, This incident pales in comparison to the willful forgetfulness of DHL, hoping or pretending that if they forget me forget me I will cease to exist! <br> On 21st September DHL delivered me UK passport, my mothers UK passport, original birth, marriage and death certificates together with SA ID copies into the hands of a person other than myself(NOT ME).DHL did so without asking for any proof of identification from said person. Whilst DHL did try to recover the documents from the person they so easily gave it to (NOT ME) they were unable to make recovery and I reported said docs as ****** on 25th September. Incidentally I was not travelling to the UK for the rugby, our father recently died and I am required to attend to his estate. I used to think that DHL was the standard by which all other couriers measured themselves, after all no company should be measured by the existence of a mistake but by their response to it. The measure of DHL's response since September 25th has been a zero, nil, nothing! I have reapp**** for my passport and supporting doc and want DHL to cover the cost of replacement. Too much to ask?
