Hi DHL,

I would like to give special recognition to Girly Napo for the outstanding customer service I received. Despite my many enquiries about my package that was on hold in clearance, she remained patient and helpful throughout.

When I explained that I had even run out of airtime after calling customs numerous times, she went the extra mile by calling me back and personally putting me through to customs. Thanks to her dedication, my issue was resolved, and my package was cleared.

This was truly a wonderful customer experience, and I am very grateful for her assistance.
