Was promised a call from sales.

Called this morning and spoke to Phezile. I wanted to open an imports rate and duties account<br> I gave all my details and was told that I'd receive a call from sales within 3 hours. It's now been more than 6 and no one has called me<br> <br> I then called this PM and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no answer<br>
