Was communicating with DHL about my shipment they got. They kept on asking for different information from me which l kept on responding up to a point they said you can collect the documents or they send to me. I chose an option to collect. I drove to their offices in Isando and saw a lady called Razia. I explained my story to her and she got to say to me that my company is not fami**** with her and also the tax information l sent to her she was expecting a form yet they only want my tax number for invoicing purposes. I waited the whole day for a response from them and nothing came through. And this shipment is urgent because its switches for a power plant yet we complain about loadshedding yet we are contributing to it
