Warning DHL: Your staff Akhona Guzana is a very unreliable person!
2 May 2019, I spoke to Akhona Guzana from DHL Courier service regarding a quote. He said I should email him all the info then they will make out a quote for me asap.
I immediately sent him all my details(02 May, 1:33 PM so that I can receive a quote asap). I received a reply 1:35 PM that he will forward the quote soonest. Even though I sent the details in "cm" and weight in kg I received an email from Akhona Guzana that asked me to confirm in what measurements it is. I rep**** again and said it was on the previous email in "cm"
The next day(03 May, 7:42 am) I sent him an email again and asked when I can receive the quote. Since then he totally ignored my email and I couldn't get hold of him anymore!

I would like to profusely apologise about the way your request for quote has been handled thus far and I can assure you that this is not the type of service we pride ourselves in.
I have escalated this complaint to the DHL sister company to address your complaint with Akhona.
