Waiting on delivery...
TERRIBLE SERVICE I am waiting on parcels to be delivered to me from America. I call various DHL branches but to no avail... No one can assist me with neither my tracking numbers, nor the tracking update information I got from DHL I would just like to know where the hell my parcels are, and I get nowhere! This is TERRIBLE service! as there are no contact numbers on the tracking function either, how am I supposed to follow up when my tracking states "Departed from local distribution centre" since 13 April I mean come on - This is pathetic!

Thank you for posting to DHL Express.
We suspect that your shipment might be transiting as E-commerce parcel , although trading under the DHL banner is one of 4 separate DHL companies which are not legally linked to each other and are standalone legal entities.
If you could help provide us with a Tracking number , which can be easily provided to you by your supplier , we would gladly assist in pointing you to the right direction .
