Waiting for Payment when its been paid 3 days ago

Parcel from UK to SA, It got here from the UK quickly however the useless staff are amazing. Sitting with the payment for customs since 1 Dec 2020 and the tracking shows that the Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment on the 4th December 2020, however they are sitting with the payment. You call in and the agent tell you they had to go find the payment and will release the parcel.

I don't work for DHL but yet I must do their jobs for them. If I don't follow up on my parcel then it will sit and wait for them to catch a wake up before being released.
