Waiting for Godot...
Waybill: ********** 641 Parcel Shipped from Tunis, Tunisia to Hanoi, Vietnam since 19/11/2018 is on hold in Vietnam customs because Invoice is written by hand in French. I sent them the typed form Invoice in English and told DHL Tunisia to do the same and update it on their system but to this day my Parcel (a painting painted by me sent as gift to a friend) is on hold in customs and no response. I am living a nightmare waiting for my painting to be delivered to my friend. PLEASE HELP!
