Waiting a month for my goods to be delivered

My goods have been in \clearance delay"status for weeks in johanasberg. I am desperate to get my items before I leave the country... There is no DHL number to call or South African post office assistance. <br> Could I please get an updated status on my goods. the system is clearly a chaotic mess"
