Voucher of Corrections Still Not Received

On the 7 May I emailed DHL account queries (because this was the email I was given by a consultant) to assist me with documentation needed from DHL for a voucher of corrections request. The request was originally from TNT requesting the documents to process a package of mine . this is what the request said: The following is required:

• AWB *** R5122 to be declared, draft VOC required, penalty for importers code. • Awb *** draft voc required, R10772 to be declared. Please take note on the above; please provide draft VOc’s and DP entry as requested in order for us to proceed with the case.

Do Date i have received no feedback from DHL and it now been more than a month.

Please can you get someone to investigate and get back to me asap. with out this documentation TNT cannot release my package
