Very very poor service

Really poor service. I had a package coming in from the UK. First they said the address was wrong but it wasn't. Then they told me they tried to deliver the package which was a lie because I was at home the whole day waiting for them. Now it's coming in 4 days time! These people are absolutely unprofessional and ***********. Everytime I call them all they can do is send and email to some office. This is so *********** and frustrating!!!! I will NEVER use DHL again.
