VERY URGENT delivery not made

Our company paid DHL to send a package to Witpoortjie Roodepoort, On Thursday 25 February 2016 we phoned DHL to come and pick up our document and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday morning. Today is Wednesday 2 March 2016 and no delivery has been made. DHL is a 24 hour delivery service. We phoned DHL and they Helped me find out why no delivery has been made, I got a response about half an hour later just to find out that they don't know why our package wasn't delivered. This is unacceptable, our company will loose a hell lot of money because the document JUST WASNT DELIVERED. I'm not satisfied with a \I'm sorry\". Something needs to be done!!!!! ."
