Very unhappy customer

I am trying to send medication to Botswana from Alberton to my mother who is terminally ill. The medication is extremely urgent and every day that she goes without it she is getting worse. I have called dhl so many times to try and get assistance with why my parcel is on hold. First they promised they will call me back the following day but never did. I called back. They then said they escalated the matter and will call me back by 5pm which they did and then promised to send me an email with requirements immediately so that I can respond. I sat in front of my computer waiting for an email that didn’t come through. I called back again and requested to speak to the lady again, they said she is on a call and they will make sure she has the right email address. I say again and nothing came through. No efforts to call me back for confirmation even after I explained the urgency and how sick my mother is. I will never ever use their services again. I would rather drive to Botswana myself next time.
