VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose that instead.

I would not recommend using DHL unless you are prepared to wait a very long time for your shipment. Their communication is extremely poor, and their tracking portal becomes useless once the parcel is delayed.

We had one shipment that remained with them for two months, with every update being nothing more than a slight edit of the previous one. Another shipment was booked through DHL by a client, and when I called for assistance, I was told someone would contact me — but no one did. I had to follow up myself, only to be informed that customs had rejected the package. By that point, payment had already been made, yet no proactive communication or feedback was provided.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is incredibly frustrating.

I would NOT recommend DHL.
