Very Poor delivery service

Dhl is the worse courier service you can ever use, they wouldn't call back and they would never give you a proper answer after taking your money. They would tell you your package is with 3rd party delivery as if you paid 3rd party courier to deliver to you. They won't follow up with 3rd party to ensure the parcel is delivered because they don't care if you receive your parcel or not rather they would keep pushing you around and telling you the same thing every day,. Imagine waiting for a 3rd party delivery since on the 5th till now I still have not received my parcel.
