Very frustrated and dissatisfied, TERRIBLE SERVICE

Highly dissatisfied and disappointed never using their services ever again if I could give 0. Star I would , absolutely terrible they don’t keep you updated on your shipment you have to fight them to pay for customs , I paid for express shipping and still have no received my shipment , when I first called them they fought with me about finding an invoice that they should’ve organised then after fighting for long they found the invoice , I then had to call them 16 times for them to tell me I had to pay customs fees of R900 on a pair of pants that were R1000 then they still charged me R500 for express delivery that I didn’t get so they’re basically taking my money and not doing what they’re supposed to , STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM , they didn’t contact me to pay for customs so they just waited for me and waisted so much of my time , then when they eventually send me an email regarding my import taxes the online portal doesn’t work so I had to fight with them to give me another method then they said I could eft then they didn’t give me all the eft details so I had to contact them again then they ignore all my emails , I was supposed to receive my order on Tuesday already but they still can’t tell me what’s happening with my shipment , very very frustrated I want to take them to carte blanche , not on I’m paying so much money for your services that aren’t delivering like their supposed to
