Very fast and efficient

I ordered a phone from China it left China on Friday. They called me on Saturday to pay the pre-release of customs. (Needed to call back to ask a question, the telephone was answered after 2 rings and my query was answered) I had the phone on Monday in hand.

On the other hand, I have only had terrible customer support from Aramex if they ever answered the phone. Very slow delivery had to wait a week and a half once the product arrived in South Africa to get it delivered.
