Very disappointed with DHL service
My experience with DHL has been extremely poor. My parcel was delayed without any clear communication, tracking was not updated for days, and customer service was unhelpful when I tried to get answers.
For a company that promises "express" delivery, the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. No callback, no proper explanation, just being passed from one agent to another.
I expected much better. Will definitely be looking at alternatives for future deliveries. Not recommended.
