Very bad service from DHL

Good day We having yet another bad experience, waiting for something from Germany since the 23th March 2018, they said it only takes 3 days, its been more, i called them yesterday to ask about the parcel, they said they waiting for info from us, but how should we know if they never gave us a ring, anyway i gave it to them, so they said its will take 2-8 hours to be delivered, i called now again and the lady said they need more information so i asked again why they never gave us a call, so she said they dont have another where as i gave them a number yesterday and also on the waybill our number is on, so now we still waiting since the 23th of March 2018, very bad service!!!!
