Very bad service and response

Awaiting a shipment from Botswana witch was said to be delivered within two days, on the third day i was phoned and asked for my details so that the invoice for payment can be sent to me,this was on Thursday on monday morning i phoned the call centre and asked for assistance were Alfred Mabuza assisted me and only then was the invoice made out and set to me i made the payment within 5 minutes from receiving the invoice and sent the proof of payment to the given address, i phoned Tuesday and they put me through to 4 different people were i was told i should send everything again , then i was told they would call me back its Thursday morning and R1140 later I still have no package and no update, on were my package is..
