Utterly useless avoid at all cost. Save yourself the hassle and drama.
You do not even deserve this one star. DHL Express my ASS. FedEx beats you in every way and form. You get my free of charge replacement parts stuck at customs. How you ever managed to do so only you will know. You capture my delivery address in the wrong place. Let me specify my address is correct but the suburb was entered in the same box as the street address. An delivery placed 1 day apart with you, will now get delayed by more than 8 days. Because of you!!!!! Utterly useless and beyond indefensible. I would not use you ever again even if every other shipping company costs double and causes the plague. And I advise every other person on the planet to avoid you at any and all cost.

I don't understand why you want to correct this now. I send 2 mails yesterday to your so called customer care department about my dissatisfaction. In which they simply pawned me off to your customs department. And by pawned off I mean they gave me a phone number for them. So absolutely no effort or attempt at any customer service from your so called customer service department. And don't even get me started on that department. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. And I was told I would have my delivery today. But to my surprise the only thing I got was a delay because of the address that you guys skrewed up. Your delivery is already a day late. 3 later than FedEx. So unless you get your useless customer service agent or manager to get off their asses, get in their car and deliver my package as promised today. Nothing you say or do will sway my opinion on DHL. And judging by the rest of the reviews and dissatisfied customs my review is spot on. I have forwarded all of this to Corsair in any case so that they see your poor performance and hopefully stop using you all together.
