Usually my experience with DHL is a great one, but with my last shipment dealing with the JHB team has been nothing but disappointment and frustrating and very unprofessional. As a last resort to receive the parcel I had spent huge cost to send it express service, I came to the Cape Town DHL office at the airport. I was met with amazing staff who took the effort to sort everything out in order for me to take my package with. A big thank you to CPT team Shamila David’s, Abubaker Blanchard & Sefton Oliver for going the extra mile JHB team gets 1 ⭐️ but the Cape Town team gets a big 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
