Useless/inept

Holy **** - how complicated is it! My sister sends Christmas gifts under the value stated so not liable for import tax. I mean - it's 2 novelty t shirts and some cat treats (which you charged us for a vet to inspect even though they are available in South Africa). The gifts are worth about 45 pounds UNDER THE AMMOUNT FOR IMPORT TAX. I can't say it nicely anymore as we have sent mails and phoned and you don't seem to get it. Useless. I get we are liable for import tax over a certain value but they are not over the value. Would you like me to write in colourful crayons for you? Would that make it easier to understand. I can't even phone you because I'll just swear you until I'm blue in face.
