Useless!

Great service and great team they have overseas. It took about 3 days for the parcel to get from Japan to South Africa. Now for 2, 3 days the things been in clearance events here in SA. How many people are checking the parcel?!?! You guys waiting for president's approval??? If your guys don't want to do the job, hire another bob to get the job done and stop making people wait. Deliver the package by the time allocated. I understand you got a lot of orders but then let us know the situation or change the time and inform your clients. I pay a lot of money for shipping fees but you guys don't seem to care for customer service unless something is said
