Useless DHL

The last three occasions the DHL payment portal does not work. Why do they even have such a thing because i think it is non-existant. I have yet to see it work. When you are waiting for an urgent shipment and the CEO is not available to release an EFT this is extremely frustrating as it holds up the whole procedure.

Also i have been requesting a tax invoice for the previous shipment from Mabel Ngobese and she doesnt even bother to reply. So i have a waybill with the correct companyname which was paid, but the tax invoice is addressed to a different company and it is a different amount but it has the right waybill number.
