Useless courier company

I have shipped my personal items from US to South Africa and guess what no one communicates with me about anything with my shipment, I sit and call the ****** call center everyday to find out what’s going on, only to be tossed from one agent to another and they all say different things. They’ve asked me for all ridiculous amount of paperwork. I had to pay 3K for my personal items I have left in the US. Nothing new in the box but for them to VAT me that much on personal items and blame it on customs so useless courier company. I’ve shipped previously with other private companies I have never ever been treated the way DHL has. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
