USELESS COMPANY

Hi

I am utterly disgusted at the service or rather lack thereof from DHL,

I ordered and paid for my parcel to be collected and delivered, for my house on the 7th of Spetember 2021

I had scheduled the pick up for between 9-11am on the next day, (8th September 2021)

I am now trying to call the customer services, and when eventually getting through to someone after a lifetime of waiting and a significant cost in airtime, I am told that the courier has not been dispatched. WAS SOMEONE GOING TO BOTHER TO TELL ME (THE SILLY ASS WHO IS WAITING FOR A PICKUP)?

Am is supposed to wait for the rest of my life in case DHL decides it would be agreeable to do its job? The job ive just paid more than R1000 to do?

The operator then tells me, Dont worry im going to contact the Durban Branch now and they will call you back, 2 hours have elapsed no call baclk.....

So I call customer services again. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, THE COURIER STILL HAS NOT BEEN SENT AN ORDER TO COLLECT MY PARCEL... WAITING!
