Useless bunch.
I am really lothe to give even one star to this useless bunch. A week so far for a book from Scotland. Still not cleared. They cannot calculate a correct customs amount. Hours on the phone passed from department to department. Software that doesn't work properly. Incorrect infomation supp****. Very polite people though.
